We’re available 7 days a week and are happy to make arrangements for you to tour any area home. Having your Real Estate Agent make these arrangements will ensure that CapCenter is considered the “procuring cause” agent if you decide to purchase the home. In turn, this will ensure that you will receive a refund of a portion of the buy side commission that CapCenter receives from the seller. If you decide to make arrangements directly with the listing agent or to attend an open house, be sure to mention that you are working with a buyer’s agent.
