Want to expedite the process? There are a few ways you can help!

1. Unfreeze your credit with the credit bureaus: Equifax®, Transunion®, and Experian®
We need to run a hard credit inquiry as part of the process. Frozen credit is a common issue for slowing down our application process. There are risks, so please unfreeze at your own discretion.

2. Clean out your voicemail (in case it is full)
If full, we may not be able to leave you a voicemail.

3. Upload commonly needed documents immediately after the loan application submission.
We may need to request the same [updated] documents again depending on your closing date.
