How do I make a payment to CapCenter?

It is important to make your payment to the company servicing your loan. For most of our clients, that is not CapCenter. When your loan is transferred to a servicer, you will receive a letter from CapCenter and a letter from your servicer, both of which will provide instructions for making your monthly payments. If you do owe CapCenter, you can either pay in person (4461 Cox Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060) or mail us a check for the amount of the first month's payment. Here's our mailing address:
